Ready to Ride: Class 6 Motorcycle Training

Through the GPRC Ready to Ride Motorcycle Program, riders learn the latest in motorcycle defensive driving theory and riding skills. Students are prepared well beyond the requirements for the Motorcycle Road Test.
There is a limit of 5 students per instructor/assistant per class, which means that you get a lot of personal attention. You will develop skills and confidence through theory and hands-on training.
Depending on your personal situation, this program may qualify you for sizeable reductions in your insurance rates. Please contact your insurance company for further details. The cost for this course is $589, there is no charge for GST.
Students are provided with motorcycles and are asked to bring their own safety equipment (listed below). Instructors are fully certified and have many years of riding and instruction experience.
Students must possess a valid Class 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 Alberta license at course start. Failure to do so will result in denial to enter course and the loss of tuition.
Students under the age of 18 must have a parent present at the start of the course to complete the student waiver. Failure to do so will result in denial to enter course and the loss of tuition.

Student Withdrawal Policy
Persons switching dates or withdrawing from the course with more than 2 weeks (10 business days) notice prior to the start of the practical portion of the course will receive a full refund. Persons switching dates or withdrawing from the course with less than 2 weeks (10 business days) notice prior to the start of the practical portion of the course will be charged a $100 administration fee. Persons who do not attend the course for which they registered and do not give prior notice will not be eligible for any type of refund.
