GPRC Fairview Campus

Located in the heart of Alberta’s Peace Country, GPRC Fairview Campus delivers state-of-the-art career programs & specialty training. Students benefit from smaller class sizes coupled with high quality personalized instruction, ensuring comprehensive opportunities for the learners of our region as well as students from across Canada and around the world. Programs include hands-on training to give graduates a head start in their chosen field. Instruction in selected programs is provided in learning centres through both classroom instruction and videoconference.

A wide range of pre-employment and technical program options are offered as Apprenticeship training.

GPRC Fairview Campus is known for being a warm and caring place — a home away from home. We have very close ties with our community, building lifelong friendships and community spirit through programs such as the GPRC children's summer camps. Opportunities abound for students to socialize and get involved in campus and community activities. The Town of Fairview and surrounding communities offer extensive walking / cross-country ski trails, 9-hole golf course, curling rink, bowling alley, hockey arena and many sports fields. There are many active recreational clubs in the community which welcome new members. All community services and amenities are just a short walk from the campus.

On campus amenities include a cafeteria, bookstore, library, computer labs, theatre, fitness centre, residence, bank machines and a working farm. Our fitness centre offers a fully-equipped weight room, cardio room with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and raquetball/squash courts, plus a full-size indoor pool with waterslide and hot tub. Outdoors we have a soccer field, ball diamond, and 3-hole golf course. Students can even bring their horses to school — boarding facilities and an indoor riding arena are available on campus. Dormitory, apartment, townhouse, and family living accommodations are available at reasonable rates. All units are furnished and some include cooking facilities. Parking is ample and FREE! Mailboxes, laundry and a bank machine are close at hand. Notley Square Lounge is equipped with a big screen TV, pool tables and plenty of seating.
