The Student Ambassador program is a prestigious student leadership initiative which provides GPRC students with opportunities for volunteer experience, mentoring, and professional development. The goal of the program is to include students in recruitment and retention efforts at GPRC while providing them with opportunities to “lead from within”.

The Education Ambassador program is an integrated program of Leadership Learning Experiences to shape your unique success story. The program enriches your education, communication, and development, as a GPRC student.
Education Ambassadors develop their educational, professional and personal goals. So, participation in the program is ideal for career development purposes. In developing organizational and leadership capacities through public speaking, networking, dialoguing, and mentorship, you’ll be contributing to your college community. And, of course, Education Ambassadors bring forward their ideas to optimize the college experience!
Student Ambassadors develop their educational, professional and personal goals. So, participation in the program is ideal for career development purposes. Ambassadors fulfill key roles in college and community events, such as new student orientations, new student recruiting initiatives, campus leadership events, community events, college committees, and ambassador-led initiatives. We’re here to support your student-led initiatives!
As a representative of GPRC, we expect you to demonstrate professionalism and commit to a minimum of 20 hours per semester, along with participation in monthly meetings. You get to take part in the activities that are the best fit for you and that capitalize on your strengths.
As an ambassador you'll have the opportunity for personal and professional development, pursue recognition through co-curricular credit and provide content for The Ambassador Blog. Our team is provided with a team shirt, backpack, and other SWAG throughout the year.
