Safety Management and Regulatory Awareness for Wellsite Supervisors (SMR01)
Learn about your responsibilities and roles with respect to health and safety and regulatory compliance at the wellsite. This course will also discuss key legislated rules and industry practices for Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan and you will receive an index with references for further research.
This course has been developed in conjunction with the Drilling and Completions Committee (DACC) to assist industry in maintaining the minimum training levels identified in Industry Recognized Practice (IRP) 7: Standards for Wellsite Supervision of Drilling Completions and Workovers.

Upon successful completion of the written exam, you will receive a Certificate of Completion that is valid for three years.
Students may take the SARA course up to 90 days prior to expiry of the current certificate. If the exam was successfully passed, the new expiry will be 3 years form the present expiry date.
