Living with Courage and Compassion Through Nonviolent Communication (NVC01)
We all want to relate to ourselves and others with compassion, courage and respect. We want to be caring of others, while not being “pushovers”. How do we honour and express what’s happening for us inside? Living with Courage & Compassion through Nonviolent Communication (NVC) will give us an opportunity to explore and shift habitual patterns of reaction, blame, expectations and disappointment! This is a foundation or refresher workshop for those interested in learning about Nonviolent Communication and the ways that it can shift and change our relationships with ourselves and others.
This workshop is facilitated by Hope Moffat, a CNVC-certified trainer who lives in Fort McMurray where she works with early childhood educators and parents to help them support the children in their lives. Hope offers support and workshops to anyone interested in enriching their lives through connection and compassion.
