Artificial Insemination for Cattle (AG003)
Description
This course will discuss the anatomy of female organs, equipment, selection of females (focused on nutrition), heat detection and timing of breeding, placement of thawed semen, and will involve practice cows. Oriented to the novice practitioner for private use.
Participants in this course must be accustomed to cattle-handling.

Required materials: Please bring your own protective clothing (coveralls, rubber boots, gloves, etc.). Due to limited time, it's suggested that students bring their own lunch, snacks and drinks.
There is an optional manual for an additional fee of $45.00.
