Safely elevate your heart rate and clear your mind! In this class we will strengthen the body systems through timed intervals along with a fast-paced playlist! Various exercises of high- and low-intensity will be offered with dynamic stretching sprinkled in between. Modifying for movements that feel comfortable in your body is strongly encouraged.
