Come enjoy the ride! This 60 minute class will take you through a 30 minute bike ride followed by 30 minutes of various resistance training exercises and stretching, to help you gain cardiovascular, strength and flexibility benefits. Whether you are training for a specific event (e.g. road race or triathlon), or just looking for health benefits, this class is for you! All levels of cyclists welcome.
