Maybe this one event could help make a difference for someone in the last few weeks of the semester. Fueling your brain before an exam with a quick and easy healthy food choice is far better than eating nothing at all!! A smoothie is the new cereal, and today's salads are more than just lettuce and tomatoes. They are Fuel for School! It's about giving your body/brain what it needs and healthy food CAN be quick, easy and sometimes even yummy :)
