Fitness Class Drop-In Schedule
Below is the schedule of SW Fitness Classes starting January 2015
Class Effective January 12 - April 10 (Excluding Reading Week - February 16-20)
Classes are FREE of Charge, but are First Come First Served
All Fitness Classes are located in Studio M121 - across from the Climbing Gym
Be 10-15 minutes early as spots fill up fast
Have the necessary exercise clothing, foot apparel and a water bottle!
Sign in your NAME, GPRC STUDENT ID NUMBER, EMAIL and check off if you've filled out a PAR-Q form
Fill out a quick 7 question Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) form at the beginning of your first Fitness Class of the semester
Warm Up & Have Fun!
**No SW Fitness Classes during READING WEEK - February 16-20 & Family Day April 3
