Zumba Fitness is about the experience, not worrying about what your dance moves look like and just having fun activating every last muscle fiber in your body. Participants are recommended to go at their own pace, espeically if it's their first class. If you're coming to your first Zumba Class, there's no need to feel intimidated by a little exploration of the body through cardiovascular work... you're body and mind will thank you for giving it a try!!
Classes are tailored each week to the overall fitness capabilities of the students participating - meaning any and all fitness levels are welcome to give a try! You can feel comfortable knowing you're doing what feels right, while at the same time, challenging yourself to increase your fitness level and overall well-being.
