Yin Yang Yoga
This class begins with Yin Yoga, a passive form of yoga that helps to stretch the deeper connective tissues of the body by holding poses for 1 to 5 minutes. It then moves into a strength building practice with a focus on slow flow and alignment. Great for those needing to work out muscle cramps and get the body feeling vibrant again!
There are currently NO YIN YANG YOGA CLASSES THIS SEMESTER. Check out HATHA YOGA as your Yoga Class Alternative

Bring comfortable and moveable clothing. Indoor shoes and your own personal Yoga Mat are OPTIONAL.
Participants are welcome to go at their own pace. If this is your first Yoga class, you're in for a real treat, there's no need to feel intimidated by the various Yoga movements and positions. It may be challenging but you'll quickly find out just how much better your body and mind feels after each session.
Classes are tailored each week to the overall fitness capabilities of the students participating - meaning any and all fitness levels are welcome to give a try! You can feel comfortable knowing you're doing what feels right, while at the same time, challenging yourself to increase your fitness level and overall well-being.
