Within just one hour students will expect to see 20 minutes of fast paced Tabata instruction; 20 minutes of Step Aerobics; and 20 minutes of Kickboxing! That's 60 minutes of hard work your body will be sure to thank you for later!!

Make sure to bring indoor shoes and comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely! And lots of water for fuel - you'll be firing on all cylinders!!
Participants are welcome to go at their own pace. If you're coming to your first ri-Exercise Class, there's no need to feel intimidated by the various exercise routines you'll be performing in this new body rocking fitness session.
Classes are tailored each week to the overall fitness capabilities of the students participating - meaning any and all fitness levels are welcome to give a try! You can feel comfortable knowing you're doing what feels right, while at the same time, challenging yourself to increase your fitness level and overall well-being.
