News Archives: Put the Fun in Early Learning at GPRC

GRANDE PRAIRIE– Early Learning and Child Care professionals and anyone interested in putting the fun back in learning can attend GPRC’s two-day session with Jeff Johnson founder of Explorations Early Learning, a family child care program.
Johnson’s session will focus on emergent learning in a play-based and child-centered environment. He presents at early learning conferences all over the United States and Canada and often tours with Lisa Murphy, the “Ooey Gooey Lady” who presented at GPRC in 2014 and 2015. Johnson is the author of nine books, four podcasts, and has become a toy maker.
Johnson will present the two-day session at GPRC Grande Prairie Friday, March 11, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Saturday, March 12, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Tickets are $135 and include lunch on Saturday.
Registration deadline is Feb. 29 and there are only 125 tickets available.
