This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. This cycling class is set to exciting music tracks that will keep you motivated through drills, to provide an excellent workout, improve cardiovascular conditioning and add strength to your body. Ride, sweat, move! *If you're attending this class virtually (online), you must have your own spin bike.
