This heat-building class will strengthen both your body and mind. We will focus on finding a balance between effort and ease in each posture; a lesson we can take off the mat as well. You will be challenged but will leave feeling strong, energized and ready to tackle the rest of your day. The class is open to all levels, although foundational experience is recommended.
