Come enjoy the ride! This 60 minute class will take you through a 45 minute bike ride followed by 15 minutes of stretching to help you gain cardiovascular and flexibility benefits. Whether you are training for a specific event (e.g. road race or triathlon) or looking for health benefits this class is for you! All levels of cyclists welcome.
