Gentle stretching and relaxation will help rest and heal your mind, body, and spirit. Modifications, adjustments, and massage will be offered throughout the class. You will learn to focus your mind and calm your body through these flowing meditative yoga classes. Strength and flexibility will be key elements of each session and you will leave feeling peaceful and refreshed.
