Bellyfit is a holistic fitness experience that blends powerful movements and exercises with the spirit of its participants. During the first portion of the class, you’ll burn mega calories, relieve stress and have tons of fun executing the fundamentals of Belly Dance. For the second part, enjoy plenty of work on your core and mindful stretching. You’re guaranteed to feel strong and healthy by taking this class.
