Young Medicine are Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalists and overall division Winners of the World Championship of Performing Arts. They are First Nations performers who use a traditional/contemporary style of music and dance to share their life experiences and culture; they have had the opportunity to travel to many places and perform on many stages in the world such as Canada, United States, Peru, Africa and China. Their performances combine musical genres of blues, country, rock, and a hint of funk; keeping it to grass roots music with the traditional and contemporary style of dance, appealing to the people of all cultures and to audiences of all ages.
