More About Bulford, Megan
Megan works in Student Services as an Accessibility Advisor with the Accessibility Supports and Disability Services team. She assists students in Grande Prairie and Fairview Campuses and, at times, the GPRC Learning Centres. Although she helps students overcome educational barriers caused by a disability and/or medical condition with a variety of supports, her main focus in the past has been on assistive technology training.
Megan is a graduate of the Teacher Education North Collaborative Degree Program and spent two and a half years teaching in special education programs for children with severe/complex needs prior to coming to work with the students of GPRC.
Megan and her husband are parents to a beautiful one year old daughter and husky named Jaxon, who is a certified therapy dog. Every once in a while, students may see Jaxon looking for scratches and pets while strolling the halls of the Grande Prairie Campus with Megan.
