Business & Office Administration
The Department of Business and Office Administration has been setting students up for success in business for forty years. Our programs are designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in a business or office setting. We offer a range of academic possibilities: multiple Business and Office Administration certificates, Business Administration diplomas with a variety of majors, a University Transfer program for business degrees, and an onsite BBA degree completion program through our collaboration with SAIT.
Bachelor of Business Administration
A partnership with SAIT allows students who complete a Business Administration diploma with an Accounting or Management specialization at GPRC to remain at the Grande Prairie campus to complete a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting or Management major) through a collaboration with SAIT. Students must normally complete all degree requirements within eight years, beginning with the year admission to the program was granted.

The one-year certificate program introduces students to basic business functions and serves as a foundation for all diploma programs. Diploma students major in their second year, choosing routes in Accounting, Financial Services, General Business, Management, or Marketing. Graduates are well prepared to step directly into the workforce or to pursue additional education by applying to transfer credit towards university degrees at a number of different institutions across Alberta.
