“In my busy schedule, I find that the lunch-time classes at BFFL are a perfect fit. I’ve never been one of those people who can get up early and get my work-out in before work. I also find I have very low energy at the end of the day and it’s hard to get motivated. I’ve been doing the lunch-time classes at BFFL for over two years and I have found that it’s a great way to get my work-out in and also provides me with a boost of energy for the afternoon. The classes are great for those just getting into fitness and those looking for a bit of a challenge – there is opportunity to choose your own pace. I have also noticed, over the past two years, that these classes have helped me to tone up and build strength. My favorites are the Zumba class and the Muscle Mix class – both instructors are very warm, welcoming, and down-to earth and the classes are great for all skill levels. The classes are also low-cost, efficient, and a lot of fun!”
This class roles your cardio and your strength all into one. You will leave feeling energized, stress free and exhausted in the best way. The first half of the class will be an energizing combination of various types of cardio (always safe and fun), the last half will be body sculpting using free weights, abdominal and core strengthening followed by stretching. All you want and more in one class.

This Spin class incorporates a variety of strength, core and flexibility activities to compliment a great spin workout. This is a multi-level class, welcoming those new to exercise, with options for those seeking a more intense workout. This class is progressive in nature with no previous experience necessary.

This class focuses on muscle conditioning for a leaner, stronger body. It includes a variety of class designs incorporating strength, core and flexibility. This is a multi level class, welcoming those new to exercise, with options for those seeking a more intense workout.

HIIT High Intensity Interval Training
Want results? High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an effective way to train. Both cardio & strength in the same training session & see some great results. Beginners to advanced meet in one sweaty workout—You determine how hard you work & how badly you want to see change.

Rock & Ripped
A choreographed weightlifting class that uses the beat of the music to add energy and excitement to your strength workout! One song for every muscle group in the body! Participants choose how much weight to lift.

Par Q & Fitness Class Consent Forms Required
All fitness class participants require a completed Par Q Form and Fitness Class Consent Form brought to your first class.
We have different payment options to suit your busy schedule which include Online Registrations (see side menu), over the phone with credit card, PD funds for GPRC Staff or just drop by our office to pay with debit, cash or cheques.

Be Fit For Life Centre credits/refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances :
If a participant withdraws from a BFFL program due to a medical condition or injury before the course start date, * a full credit/refund will be issued upon receipt of a doctor’s note.
If a participant withdraws from a BFFL program due to a medical condition or injury after the course start date, * a pro-rated credit/refund based on the number of classes that have occurred (regardless of attendance) will be issued upon receipt of a doctor’s note.
If a participant withdraws from a AFLCA course within 7 working days of the course a refund will not be given unless the course is cancelled due to low registrations.
*Please note, a $20.00 Administration Fee will be issued to participants who withdraw from a program or service, regardless of circumstance.
