Project Management - Professional Development Certificate
GPRC Continuing Education is proud to offer the Project Management professional development certificate in partnership with MacEwan University, a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) with the globally-recognized Project Management Institute (PMI). This program offers a unique and versatile series that provides essential project management training taught by certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs), delivering courses aligned with the PMI PMBOK Guide.
Every project comes with its own set of challenges, but the skills you need to manage each of them are the same: organizing and motivating the right team, delegating tasks, time and budget management, and strategic planning skills. This certificate is for any industry's project team members, project sponsors, managers and leaders; PMO managers and staff; or individuals preparing to obtain the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
