Personality and Retirement Dimensions (PDI04)
Personality Dimensions® is about understanding yourself and others so you can be more effective in your relationships, your work... your life. It translates complex personality theory into everyday language and creates a framework for understanding. You will be required to complete a short online assessment prior to the workshop. On the morning of the workshop, you will learn about your results and the empowering information about different personality types. Most people find the experience of discovering their natural inclinations to be both very invigorating and self-affirming, and an eye-opening experience! Understanding your natural tendencies can let you consciously change your behaviours without changing who you are. It will give you the energy and confidence to develop beyond your natural self.
During the afternoon session, Retirement Dimensions®, you will learn about your retirement results and how linking the morning learnings with these results will assist you in developing future plans for the next chapter in your life. It will help assist those who are contemplating their retirement, are newly retired, and those who are interested in broadening their retirement activity options. You will expand your horizons through exploring values, strengths, concerns, interests and relationship preferences, as well as your philosophical view of this chapter in your life. Retirement Dimensions® develops those preferences into profiles of four personality temperaments. A personalized report then provides a list of suggested activities for each personality preference that can be referred to again and again, as well as a section for setting goals and plans for the future.
This fun and interactive full-day workshop is facilitated by Charlene Kushner, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Learning in Action Certified Practitioner (Emotional Intelligence), Personality Dimensions Trainer (Colours), and Certified Wisdom Coach for Children through Adventures in Wisdom. She also has a professional license for the GoZen program for children, and has over 30 years’ experience as an instructor, programmer, supervisor and manager.
