Outlook 2016 Level 1 (OLK21)
This course is intended for people who have a basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and need to know how to use Outlook as an email client to manage their email communications, calendar appointments, contact information, and other communication tasks. Microsoft Office Outlook 2016 incorporates some new features that will help make managing your e-mail and personal information easier than ever. You will learn about the Outlook 2016 interface, creating and sending messages, organizing your mail, managing contacts, working with attachments, using the calendar, managing tasks, scheduling meetings, and working with notes.
There is no prerequisite for this course, but it is recommended that participants are comfortable with computers and the Windows Operating System.
