Topics include general ledger accounts; general journal transactions; inventory; vendors and accounts payable; customers and accounts receivable; employees and payroll; and reporting, miscellaneous and year-end procedures. You will then move into more advanced topics, including setting up data files and customizing settings; banking and credit cards; budgets, working with foreign currencies; bad debts; and preparing customer statements.
Prerequisite: Basic understanding of accounting principles, and debits and credits
