VISUAL ARTS INSTRUCTOR
Fine Arts Department
•Master of Fine Arts or Masters of Art, the ideal candidate will possess both.
•This is a blended academic and studio position delivering various Art History courses,
(including foundation survey courses), first year Sculpture and first year drawing.
•The candidate should have knowledge of contemporary art practices. Experience with digital media would be an asset.
Successful Candidates Must:
•Be student centered, dynamic educators with excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
•The ability to adapt pedagogical methodologies to accommodate a diverse student body is
•Have the ability to work in a collaborative environment with fellow instructors and support
staff in the areas of course development and delivery.
