WOW’s provide a workout with a warm up, workout, cool down, as well as useful tips and pointers!

  2.  Located by the water fountain at the top of the stairs in the weight room.

This week’s workout is brought to you by Lisa Ouellet, a second-year student in the Personal Trainer Diploma here at GPRC. Lisa wants to help people learn to put themselves first.

But how does this save me time and money?

GPRC students receive a 75% discount upon registration!  That means a cost of just $3 for a single class!

Fitness sessions run all semester long, and the activities and locker rooms are right here on campus, so there is no travel time!

But will I like it?

With 17 different classes and other activities such as intramural sports to choose from, you can select your favorites.  You could be learning the Argentine Tango, spinning to the beat, engaging your core with Essentrics, or getting a restorative yoga massage! This week’s workout is brought to you by Lisa Ouellet, a second-year student in the Personal Training Program here at GPRC.

“I believe that it is never too late to discover fitness and create your own best self. I myself found fitness later in life and know first hand what it can do for you physically and emotionally.  I also know how difficult it can be to learn how to put yourself first.”- Lisa Ouellet.
