New Year, new you??

Let the PEAK Advanced Methodologies class Workouts of the Week (WOW’s) keep you on track with your fitness goals.

WOW’s provide a workout with a warm up, workout, cool down, as well as useful tips and pointers!

WOW posters can be found in two locations around our Grande Prairie campus!

  1.  Located at the bottom of the stairs into the weight room and
  2.  Located by the water fountain at the top of the stairs in the weight room.


This week’s workout is brought to you by Lisa Ouellet, a second-year student in the Personal Trainer Diploma here at GPRC. Lisa wants to help people learn to put themselves first.

“Here I am going into my second year to help people like you, like the person I was all those years ago to “find their strong!”
