GPRC Work Out of the Week: December 4, 2017

Another week, another WOW!

This week’s Workout of the Week (WOW) is brought to you by Personal Trainer Diploma student, Adrianne Larsen.

WOW’s are brought to you by the PEAK Advanced Methodologies class and they provide a great way to mix up your fitness routine.

WOW posters can be found in two locations around our Grande Prairie campus!

  1.  Located at the bottom of the stairs into the weight room and
  2.  Located by the water fountain at the top of the stairs in the weight room.

The workout Adrienne has created is suitable for all fitness goers as a lower intensity and more controlled program that can be used on rest days from your regular exercise program, or as a warn up / cool down. The workout can be modified to suit you and your fitness needs.

This week’s creator Adrianne is passionate about leading a healthy life every day and living a balanced lifestyle.
