GPRC Wolves Athletics is pleased to welcome you to Wolves Minor Basketball. The program is for children aged 5 - 13 years (by December 31, 2020), and participants will be broken up into age groups to provide greater opportunities for more individualized skill acquisition.
All groups will be run with skill sessions and fundamentals of the game. The sessions will include more modified games, to give the kids a chance to use their new skills right away. Age-appropriate teaching methods are used for various groups to allow for proper shooting, passing and dribbling skill enhancement.
The sessions run on Sundays from 10:00 am to 3:15 pm

|9 - 10 year olds
||12:30 pm – 1:45 pm
|11 - 13 year olds

All equipment will be provided by GPRC. Please bring a water bottle and indoor shoes! Includes a T-shirt!
- Please note that fees are required to be paid in full at time of registration. If applying for funding from Kid-Sport or Jumpstart fees will be reimbursed once funding has been approved.
We are excited to announce that Karli Muro will oversee our Minor Basketball spring session. She'll be joined by our GPRC Wolves Student Athletes from both the Mens’ and Womens’ Basketball teams, who are thrilled to serve as Assistant Coaches again.

Karli has been involved in the Grande Prairie basketball community for the past six years. She has experience as head coach of a high school team, and as an assistant coach for the GPRC Wolves Women's basketball team. She has also coached club basketball in the city, ranging from U13 to U17 with the Wolves club as well as Nationals basketball club. She has a true passion for the game, having coached at multiple basketball camps and teaching fundamentals to players of all ages.
Along with ample experience in the coaching community, she has also completed her "Learn to Train" through the NCCP. She is excited to be part of GPRC's minor basketball program and cannot wait to see the growth and development of all the athletes involved.
