Change is the shift in external situation; the thing that has changed. Transition is the reorientation people need to make in response to change. In recent years we've experienced many changes that have caused upheaval, leading to uncertainty and anxiety about how to manage the stress in our lives.
This class will offer powerful mind/body exercises to help you be successful in implementing change and building resiliency, using breathwork and body regulation techniques from Coryn's specialized background in Yoga for trauma. You will learn to recognize emotional triggers and ways to ground your body in response to the challenges you experience, taking away tools to help you create an at home practice that you will be able to implement even after the series is complete.
Now more than ever we needs systems, tools and structures in place to attend to our mental health. All areas of our lives are connected and our mental health is the gateway to our physical and emotional health.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
