Winning Edge Seminars
“Develop the winning edge; small differences in your performance can lead to large differences in your results.” ― Brian Tracy
What is the difference maker? Many athletes can be on the same level as far as skill and strength but what takes the athlete to the next level? Mental performance training, sport related nutrition, visualization, consistent game day preparation, specific time management, learning how to deal with confidence and anxiety, are just some of the areas that can significantly contribute to an athlete’s overall success.
Our Winning Edge seminars are available to athletes, parents, coaches, or to any organization striving to reach their goals. Given the right tools –one can learn how to tap into and unleash your potential.
Winning Edge seminars will take place in a casual format where all Base and Selects athletes will attend. Presentations will be provided by the ASDC NW Athlete Enhancement Team and guest presenters.
