GPRC Residence is home to 503 students who choose the carefree lifestyle of being on campus. We offer accommodations for both single students and students with families.

The Residences are located just to the east of the main campus near Bear Creek and offers four types of fully-furnished apartments: eighty-nine 4-person units, two wheelchair accessible units and nine family housing units.

Each unit contains a full-size oven/stove and refrigerator. Multi-person units have a separate freezer. Furnishings include dining table/chairs, couches, love seats and end tables. Bedrooms are outfitted with extra-long (80") twin beds, dressers, closets and study desks or stations.

Applications to live in Residence can be filled out online, or printed and submitted by email. Applications forms are available above, can be obtained from your local Peace Region high school, or will be mailed upon request by contacting the Residence Office.
