Refunds
The deadline for you to drop fall or winter registrations for full tuition and fee refund is declared in the document below:

Refunds are based on the date your written notice is received by the Registrar’s Office and will be considered as follows:
- Fees for the fall and winter semester courses and programs will normally be refunded if your withdrawal is received by the College 14 days following the first day of classes.
- Tuition refunds will not normally be offered to students withdrawing from spring or summer semester courses after the second day the course meets.
- An administrative fee equal to the non-refundable tuition deposit will be assessed for students withdrawing from the full program
- A student withdrawn for disciplinary reasons shall be ineligible for a refund of fees.
Wherein the College has a contract with an outside agency that agrees to cover a student’s tuition and fees, the terms and conditions dealing with refunds may differ from College policy.
Fee Payment
Semester fees must be paid by the deadlines listed:

Fees can be paid by semester installments by one of the following methods:
- Cheques and money-orders made payable to Grande Prairie Regional College
- Credit card (American Express, MasterCard or VISA) or Direct Debit. Payments by credit card may be made online: http://www.gprc.ab.ca/students/pay/ or press the green "Pay Online" button below
- Bill payment options available at most financial institutions
Fees for distance courses are due at the time of registration.
All payments should include your student identification number.
International students are required to have registration fees paid in full by the following dates:
- May 1 for new students studying at the College for the first time or
- August 1 for students continuing their studies from the previous year.
