What is Students Online?

Students can access their Student Email, Timetables, Marks, and Moodle accounts through Students Online.

I have never used Students Online. How do I get in?

1. Go to the Students Online Login Page.
2. Login with the following information:
   
   • Username = GPRC Student ID Number (found on student / library card)
   • Password = birthdate in the format yyyyMmmdd (eg. 1980Feb09 - * first letter of month is capitalized)
3. When you log in for the first time you will be prompted to:
   • Agree to terms and conditions of use
   • Answer 3 multiple choice verification questions
   • Change your password - must include minimum of 8 characters, 1 Capital Letter, and 1 Number.

Congratulations! You should now be able to use Students Online.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

Use the Reset My Password page.  Follow the online instructions and enter your 3 Personal Verification Answers.

How do I change my password?

Login to the Change My Password page.
