How to Get Student Computer Lab Help:

We are here to provide you with extensive computer support. Please report ALL PC hardware, software, network laser printer, login issues & internet problems to the PC Lab Request Centre.

Your request should include the following information:

• Your ID number
• Your name
• The lab number
• The station number
• The printer number (if applicable).
• Identification of problematic Hardware (e.g. monitor, video card, network card, scanner, etc…) or Software (e.g. Word, Excel, ACCPAC, Visual Studio, etc...)
• Include any error messages (If Applicable)

Student Lab Locations & Hours of Operations

There are 355 Microsoft Window’s based computers and Kiosks available for student use, located across 20 labs on campus.  The use of the student labs is intended for academic use during the scheduled lab hours, with the exception of scheduled classes.  Respective lab timetables & additional booking information is posted on the lab doors or locations.  It is important that you refer to these areas regularly for up-to-date information.

All GPRC Student Microsoft Windows Computer Labs have Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2007 Professional & Internet access. 

Printer Access: All student computer labs have 1 or more laser printer(s).  The student lab printer(s) are ONLY to be used for coursework material.  Please do not abuse this privilege.  Please use the paper recycle boxes located in the labs. Note: Printing/paper charges may apply.

Lab hours may change without notice.  Please visit the student lab location for current information. 

Student labs are closed on Statutory Holidays. All labs other than F205, F214, F314are not available during the summer.
