About the Information Technology Help Desk

PROVIDING AND ASSISTING WITH ALL YOUR OFFICE AND CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY NEEDS

The IT Help Desk Service Center is contact point to be used throughout the college when technological concerns or difficulties need to be addressed.

The Help Desk Service Center:

  • Is located in D307
  • Can be reached by calling 780-539-2933
  • Can be reached at helpdesk@gprc.ab.ca
  • HELPDESK HOURS:
  • 8:00am to 4:30pm Mon - Fri

The Help Desk Service Center supports:

  • PC Hardware & Software issues
  • Classroom Equipment Requests
  • Technology Classrooms
  • Internet, Email, & Printing issues
  • Website Maintenance Requests
  • Voicemail & Phones issues
  • VAX issues
  • Any technological concern

I.T. Technology Equipment:

The I.T. Department currently supports 73 Technology Rooms. The complete list of Classrooms, Boardrooms, and Labs which contain at minimum a ceiling mount Data Projector with cabling are as follows:

  • For booking of cameras and tripods, please call the Library at (780)539-2939, or drop by the Circulation Desk.
