Alberta Colleges Institutes and Faculties Association (ACIFA) - ACIFA (Alberta Colleges & Institutes Faculties Association) is a representative professional association that acts as the provincial voice for its members, the academic staff associations of Alberta's colleges and technical institutes. Through the collective action and resources of its members, ACIFA promotes the professional and economic well being of college and technical institute faculty in the interest of advancing the quality of post-secondary education in Alberta. http://www.acifa.ca

Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC) - The Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC) is the national, voluntary membership organization created in 1972 to represent colleges and institutes to government, business and industry, both in Canada and internationally. With an Ottawa-based Secretariat, ACCC interacts with federal departments and agencies on the members' behalf and links college capabilities to national industries. As another part of its mandate, ACCC organizes conferences and workshops for college staff, students and Board members to facilitate networking and participation in national and international activities such as sector studies, awards programs and linkages. www.accc.ca

Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC) - The Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada is the voice of Canada's universities. We represent 95 Canadian public and private not-for-profit universities and university-degree level colleges. Since 1911, AUCC have provided strong and effective representation for their members, in Canada and abroad. Our mandate is to facilitate the development of public policy on higher education and to encourage cooperation among universities and governments, industry, communities, and institutions in other countries. The Chair Academy also coordinates an international annual conference for Chairs, Deans, and Other Organizational Leaders.
