ALFA Program
Achieving Leadership Fundamentals for Application
The ALFA Program is designed for staff with supervisory responsibilities and participation is a requirement for all staff such as Chaipersons, Deans, Directors, Managers, Senior Administrators and Supervisors. Staff that may not currently supervise but are aspiring leaders are welcome to attend subject to availability
The ALFA Program was launched in September 2008. There are ten courses to choose from with seven courses presented as electives so that individuals can choose to tailor the program specifically to their needs. It is a requirement that supervisory staff complete 6 courses within 3 years.
