Where do I park?
Primary Parking
The information detailed here applies to parking at the Grande Prairie Campus
There are eight main lots available for parking on the Grande Prairie Campus. Parking fees apply to these lots and vary according to services provided on each lot. Parking spaces provide close and easy access to campus entrances on a first-come, first-served basis.
Free Parking
All lots and metered areas are free on weekends and after 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. each weekday.
Occasional or Temporary Parking
Ticket dispensers located at the Presidents Island, Lots C,D and K
Metered Parking
Operational 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday all year. Rates are $1.00 per hour. Meters are located in B lot and in front of L Wing entrance. There is no parking dispenser in A Lot or F lot.

Is there anything else I should know about parking?
All lots at the college are paid parking. You are responsible for your own parking and you will receive a ticket if you have not displayed a permit, parking pass or put money in a meter. You must pay for parking from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Evenings, weekends, and summer months (May, June, July, August) are free.
