Dinosaurs of the Peace Region

The Peace Region lies in the boreal mixed forest area, where lush vegetation hinders easy exploration. Due to this forest cover and a thick layer of glacial deposits most fossils are found in creek beds which are relatively easy to access.
In spite of these difficulties, our area proved to be extremely rich in dinosaur fossils.
It is quickly becoming the focus of research, collection and development based on this tremendous resource.
