Quake III Tournament Rules & Details
Overview
This will be a Quake III tournament, using a Free For All (FFA) format.
Contestant will not be allowed to customize configuration files.

Equipment Note
We will be providing headsets, but feel free to bring your own!
Tournament Structure
- All competitors will play rounds consisting of approximately 6 players in a FFA match.
- The time limit for each round will be fixed at 20 minutes.
- This will be straight single-elimination rounds. Players with the highest scores will move on in the competition, the remaining player(s) will be eliminated.
- The number of players who move on per round will be determined on the day of the competition.
- If time permits we will adopt 1 on 1 play for the finalists in the tournament.
Sportsmanship

Good sportsmanship is conduct and attitude as befitting all participants, this includes fair play, courtesy, game spirit and grace in losing! This is a gaming community and as such, good sportsmanship is an absolute necessity. Win or lose, always show the proper respect to your opponents.
