The Be Fit For Life Network consists of 9 regional Be Fit For Life Centres hosted by educational institutions across Alberta. Each Be Fit For Life Centre develops local and regional partnerships, programs and services based on the needs and wants of their community.

The mission of the Be Fit For Life Network is to provide programs, resources and opportunities that promote healthy, active lifestyles. We are funded by Alberta Tourism, Parks and Recreation via the Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks and Wildlife Foundation.
