A product of Peace Wapiti Academy, first year Engineering student Coleman Garberg proved to be a consistent contributor for the Wolves this season. His steady court presence and fantastic defensive instincts gave Coleman an edge when contributing in the backcourt as libero. The versatile player also played a key role in the front court when called upon as an outside hitter. His crafty attacking frustrated defenses and proved to be valuable part of the team’s offense. Coleman will be missed next season as he continues his studies at the university level. |
Beaverlodge graduate Gideon Rempel is a second year outside hitter for the Wolves this season. His tremendous leaping ability allowed him to be a force in both blocking and attacking. His experience helped him to create immovable blocks and his speed and power created opportunities for powerful attacks. Gideon’s experience and athleticism were invaluable to the program this season. |
